At British Airways, I have led on the creative direction of a new set of icons to be used across the business. We needed to create an icon style that could be ownable. I have overseen hundreds of new icons commissioned in this new style, inspired by the sketch of an engineer, with a distinct hand drawn tapered line style.
The icons are used across the business, and can be found throughout the customer journey, from ba.com, to the check-in desks, to lounges, menus, and the in flight entertainment system.
